Introduction to this role
Our Demand Generation team bridges the gap between our Marketing and Sales teams. Building on the strong social, event, community and brand-building work by the Marketing team, you will identify, develop and convert new outbound prospects into quality opportunities for the Sales team. Your communication skills, creativity and knack for uncovering ideal prospects will be foundational for exceptional outreach, and your tactfulness will develop leads into quality prospects, ready for the Sales team.
This is a hybrid role but requires ability to work in our London office at least 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the workload, priorities and quality and pace of delivery of the SDR team
- Coach your immediate direct reports on process, ways of working, and career progression
- Ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid on time
- Own relationships with key SDR suppliers, and continually optimise the SDR tech stack
- Drive qualified leads for the Sales team
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot and Salesloft
- Ensure notes from all customer activity and contacts are fully updated in Hubspot, in a timely and detailed manner
- Build target account and contact lists and execute on ABM strategies, including prospecting via LinkedIn and other sources
- Be the first touchpoint of the Papirfly, BrandMaster and Papirfly Group brand story that is relevant to the prospect’s situation - talk value, not features
- Collaborate across the sales development and sales executives teams globally, sharing customer base and contacts to ensure the most appropriate leads are handled and progressed by the most relevant people - always putting Papirfly and the customer first
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets of qualified opportunities
- Use your creativity to develop campaigns and techniques that drive leads
- A thirst for learning from your peers and industry sources to continually chase success
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Proven SDR management experience
- Professional-level English
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
- Wants to be successful in Sales and build upon their career - opportunities to grow into Sales and Customer Success positions
- Able to use digital systems: SDR team activity is based on tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Gong, Sales Navigator and the team is expected to use the toolkit which has been put in place to help them succeed
