An Introduction to this role
As an HR Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting our People function. Responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and HR system management. We are looking for someone highly motivated, ideally with prior HR administration experience and great organisational skills. You will become part of a small HR team where you will be exposed to a fun and varied environment. We offer great opportunities for personal and professional development. While we operate on a hybrid model, you are expected to work from the office at least 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with recruitment including raising internal approval, reviewing CVs, liaising with hiring manager, arranging interviews and providing candidate feedback.
- Creating contracts for new employees and conducting new starter compliance checks.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new starter packs.
- Support employee onboarding, HR induction, and training activities.
- Support job description creation and review process.
- Managing and maintaining our global HR system Personio.
- Be involved in the continuous improvement of our HR tech platforms Personio, Teamtailor and Alva Labs.
- Provide administration support, this will include absence management, disciplinary and grievances.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- A degree level qualification or equivalent working experience.
- Exceptional planning, prioritising and attention to detail skills.
- Good understanding of HR principles, procedures and best practices.
- Confident communication skills, able to deal with various of internal employees.
- Good IT skills including Google Workspace and ideally HR and database systems.
- CIPD qualified or currently working towards becoming qualified is beneficial.
