About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Product team and help us mature how we work. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence across the product organization - ensuring our tools are well-managed, our processes are clearly defined and followed, and that we have the data we need to make better decisions and deliver value to customers faster.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, development, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams—helping turn strategy into execution by enabling the team to focus on what they do best: building great products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational cadence: Own and improve product rituals such as team meetings, roadmap planning, prioritization, and release coordination.
• Increase transparency and alignment: Help define and implement processes that connect strategy to execution, ensuring visibility for stakeholders.
• Support data and insights: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Finance to track key metrics, build dashboards, and promote data-informed decision-making.
• Optimize tools and workflows: Continuously improve the systems and tools that support our product development process (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard).
• Enable cross-functional coordination:Ensure smooth information flow between Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Support product communications: Help shape internal and external updates related to roadmap, progress, and outcomes.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar role in a tech environment.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle in a SaaS company.
• Strong communication and organizational skills—you bring structure and clarity to complex situations.
• Experience working with product tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Confluence).
• Confidence working with data—able to extract insights and help teams act on them.
• A collaborative, pragmatic mindset focused on driving impact and improving how we work.
