Job Overview
Are you a relationship builder who thrives on driving growth through partnerships? Papirfly is looking for a Partner Manager to expand and strengthen our partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on creative agencies.
In this role, you’ll identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, while managing existing relationships to ensure alignment and mutual success. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, supporting partners in positioning and delivering our DAM and Templated Content Creation solutions effectively. Together with sales, marketing, and customer success, you’ll help shape and improve our partner program, tools, and processes, ensuring partners are equipped to succeed.
We’re seeking someone with 3-5 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or account management - ideally with exposure to creative agencies or SaaS. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work across international teams will help you thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, with a strong focus on creative agencies.
- Managing existing partner relationships, ensuring alignment and mutual business growth.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of our partner program, tools, and processes.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partners are well-supported.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them position and deliver our DAM and Templated Content Creation solutions effectively.
- Monitoring partner performance, setting KPIs, and ensuring accountability.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience working with or within creative agencies is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or German is highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across international teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and/or Digital Asset Management is preferred
