Job Overview
The Head of Account Management is responsible for leading the account management function, ensuring the delivery of revenue growth through strategic account development and excellent service aligning customer’s business requirements to outcomes from the Papirfly solution set.  
This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on client engagement to strengthen long-term partnerships working and collaborating with key customer stakeholders as well as Internal teams to ensure the delivery & measurable results for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall account management strategy in line with business objectives to increase revenue and engagement
 - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers working closely in collaboration with the Customer Success Management team.
 - Define KPIs and performance metrics as well as account plan and execution playbooks for the account management team.
 - Ensure the maximisation of expansion potential and revenue opportunity creation through mutual planning and customer adoption aligned to CSM success plans in situ with customers
 - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Services to ensure a unified client experience.
 - Own revenue targets for existing client portfolios through delivery of strategic upsell and cross-sell within target customer base accounts.
 - Support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing strategies.
 - Develop accurate forecasts and reporting on account performance.
 - Ensure efficient resource allocation across accounts for profitability and service quality.
 
Knowledge and Experience Required  
- 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles.
 - At least 3 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function position.
 - Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue growth both from a personal and team perspective
 - Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management and negotiation.
 - Excellent leadership and team development skills.
 - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
