Tech Lead: Lead the tech, support the team

As our new Tech Lead, you will become the technical "Captain" and a key partner within our international engineering family. Your main team will have its heart in our Sandnes office, but you will also work with and guide developers across our offices in the UK, France, and Czechia. It’s the perfect setup if you enjoy the tight-knit feeling of a local team but want the impact of a global organization.

You will partner up with a Senior Product Manager. They own the What and Why, but you and your team completely own the How and When.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong engineer who already has some experience with leading people. Whether you’ve been a tech lead before, managed a small team, or naturally stepped into mentoring and guiding colleagues in your previous roles. You don’t need to be a corporate manager with twenty years of leadership under your belt, but you should already know what it takes to support a team. If you have those foundations, plus the empathy and drive to push people forward, we are ready to help you grow further.

What will you actually do?

• Make the calls that matter: We love open, technical debates, and we want everyone on the team to challenge ideas. But at the end of the day, we need you to be the one who isn't afraid to make a final decision so we can move forward.

• Stay close to the code: You won't just sit in meetings. You’ll still write code, do reviews, and help the team solve daily technical challenges.

• Help people grow: You’ll run team rituals, mentor your colleagues, and build a healthy engineering culture where people feel safe to make mistakes and learn from them.

• Shape the product: You’ll be part of the product discovery phase, helping us figure out what is feasible and how to build it right.

Build with AI

AI is becoming part of how we design, ship, and think about our products, and we want a Tech Lead who leans into that shift rather than watching it happen. On the product side, we're actively exploring how AI can make on-brand content creation and asset management faster and smarter for the world's biggest brands. On the team side, you'll champion AI-assisted development, helping us adopt tools that raise the quality and speed of our engineering, while keeping a pragmatic, critical eye on where they add real value and where they don't.

You don't need to be an AI specialist. You do need the curiosity to experiment, the judgment to know when to trust the output, and the drive to help your team work smarter.

Our tech stack

We mostly work with .NET/C#, NodeJS, Angular, TypeScript, and AWS. If you already know some of these, that’s great. If your background is a bit different but you have a strong engineering mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, we definitely want to talk to you.
