Job description

We are looking for a Full time Java / Angular Developer to join our Run squad.

This role focuses on high reactivity and operational excellence to keep our DAM platform running smoothly. You will be responsible for the analysis, validation, development and deployment of bug fixes and small enhancements or features. You’ll join a team of three, working within an agile setup, and collaborate daily with colleagues based in the Czech Republic, using English.

Your scope will cover the entire Keepeek platform, with an increasing contribution to Papirfly products as part of our group-wide collaboration.

We are particularly interested in profiles with strong investigation skills, a high level of autonomy, and solid clean-coding practices, able to work across several applications in our portfolio.

Your Missions

• Diagnosis & Investigation for bug fixing: Propose diagnostics on suspected regressions and investigate root causes.

• Small enhancements: Working in collaboration with the product owner to specify small and medium-sized product developments

• Analysis & impacts: improve code base to reduce tech debt

• Development: Estimate, design, and implement developments, including both corrective fixes and product improvements.

• Continuous Improvement: Be a force for proposals to improve our practices or the product itself in our Lean / Agile software development practices.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure proper reporting, transmission of information, and follow-up of issues until their full resolution.

Hard Skills

• Java: Confirmed level required.

• Angular: Confirmed level required.

• Data: Confirmed SQL skills and basic knowledge of ElasticSearch.

• Tools: IDEs like IntelliJ or VSCode, and GIT version control, AI tooling (Copilot…), Bitbucket / Jenkins

• Experience: 5 years degree or engineering school qualification, you have at least two years experience in Java/Angular technology.

Soft Skills

• Investigative Mindset: You have strong logical and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues.

• Communication: You ensure real-time, transparent communication with teams and ensure information is transmitted clearly.

• Language: French required; written and spoken English is required, in a context of daily collaboration with our teams in the Czech Republic, Norway and UK.
