Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, unstoppable, and determined Product Marketing Manager to join our team! Someone who is willing to try new things, and doesn't shy away from collaboration. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life, you will be at the centre of our organization, constantly interacting with team mates and customers.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating the go-to-market strategies that accelerate Papirfly's growth - who we sell to when and how, and most importantly, articulating why. You also need to create the key anchor asset that is crucial during sales and marketing processes, such as the sales deck, demo environment, product sheets, battle cards and more. And, equally important, rolling this out through well executed and strategic sales enablement sessions to align all go-to-market teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven product marketing experience, preferably in the B2B sales space. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to get into a transforming industry and play a crucial role in driving our continued success. This person needs to be an analytical and highly structured person to drive the core processes within Product Marketing, with solid communication skills.
The role sits in the Marketing organization, and will be reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, that you will be working closely with to establish best practices throughout the organization. You will have executive support to ensure you are successful in your role - and working with a passionate, collaborative and experienced product and marketing team. We also have our own design studio in Czech that you will be working closely with.
On one side, success is when Product Marketing has a positive impact on product engagement and customer expansion. And the other side, improving our sales velocity on new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Building a strong relationship with all key stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional business units in Scandinavia, UK, US and DACH)
- Partnering with Product, Customer Success and Customer Marketing to promote existing and new product offerings
- Ensuring all product marketing collateral is delivered accordingly in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Responsible for sales enablement and customer facing demo environments
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders and customers to optimise the process and content
- Executing customer, market and competitive research and win/loss analysis of deals
- Collaborate and ideate new ways of taking our product to market
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Previously worked with software and SaaS business (1-2 years)
- Ideally previous experience in product management or product marketing
- Highly structured personality, and can establish and drive processes and projects
- Agile and pragmatic, and can quickly bring things forward. Also analytical in assessing where a process is not efficient/has bottlenecks.
- A collaborative personality and thrives when working with different types of stakeholders
- Project Management skills and has worked on projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with product development, product management and project tools is beneficial (i.e., Atlassian, Productboard, Trello, Asana)
- Strong communication skills, and stakeholder management
- The ability to narrow focus and deliver on specific and time-limited tasks
- Exceptional in English, both written and verbal
- A good understanding of how a Product team works and how products are created
